Underwear:

No returns, refunds or exchanges on the knickers for hygiene reasons.

Bra:

​

No refunds available on the sale of a bra.

Exchange may be available within 15 days of original purchase as long as the product is in it's original condition and not used.

SALE: No return or exchange of sale items.

Procedure:

​

1. Return the product that you want to exchange to us (please contact us for address).

2. Share a screenshot of the receipt of the courier. This way, we don't wait for the return product to be received before dispatching the exchanged product. 

3. Choose a product that you want in exchange.

4. Share the chosen product with us.

5. It will be dispatched as soon as it is finalised.

6. Delivery will always be charged.

7. If the price is above the last product, the client will pay the difference.

8. If the price is below the last product, it stays as store credit, and you can use it with your next purchase.

9. In case of the sets point 2 is not applicable. Once we receive the product, we will check if the underwear has any sign of being worn. If we are satisfied that it has not been tried on only then the set will be exchanged. Please understand that this is to maintain the hygiene levels of our products.
